Haley Strategic FlatPack Plus - Compressible Assaulter Pack w/ +150% Expansion & Integrated Drainage Grommets

Haley Strategic FlatPack Plus: Expandable Hybrid Pack for Low-Profile Assault & Full-Sized Day Carry

• The Haley Strategic FlatPack Plus is a low-profile hybrid backpack that transitions instantly from a compact assault pack to a full-sized daypack. Made in the USA and fully Berry Compliant, it integrates directly with chest rigs and plate carriers to keep essential gear secure during dismounted operations. The modular design supports varying mission profiles without adding unnecessary bulk.
• Expands Storage Volume by 150% (18.3 Liters): A distinctive zippered expansion system lets the pack grow from a nearly flat 2-inch profile to a full 6-inch-deep daypack. The full peel-open main compartment ensures rapid access and immediate visual identification of all stored medical, comms, or tactical equipment.
• Carries 1-Liter Hydration or Level IIIA Armor: The dedicated interior zippered compartment safely secures either a 1-liter hydration bladder or FlatPack Plus Level IIIA Armor Inserts. Integrated communication and hydration ports route cables and tubes cleanly, keeping movement snag-free in confined spaces.
• Mounts Directly to Plate Carriers (MIL-SPEC 500D Nylon): Built from highly durable materials to withstand harsh field friction, this pack easily replaces standard chest rig harnesses or mounts securely to MOLLE-compatible plate carriers. The interior panels feature full VELCRO Brand loop fields to strictly lock down hook-fastened accessories like radio caddies and magazine wedges.

Haley Strategic FlatPack Plus - FAQs

What is the difference between the FlatPack and the FlatPack Plus?

The FlatPack Plus is noticeably larger than the standard model. When fully expanded, the Plus holds 1400 cubic inches of gear, which is more than double the standard version's 600 cubic inches. The Plus also fully unzips so you can peel it open flat, and the inside has a loop field for attaching custom pouches.

Can you fit a laptop in the Haley Strategic FlatPack Plus?

The main compartment easily holds laptops or tablets up to 14 inches. This makes the pack work well for everyday civilian carry when you are not using it for field operations.

Does the FlatPack Plus attach directly to a plate carrier?

You can mount the pack straight to the back of any MOLLE-compatible armor carrier. The pack has built-in MOLLE webbing, so you can weave it securely without bulky shoulder straps layered over your armor.

How do you connect the FlatPack Plus to a chest rig?

The system includes specialized side straps that clip directly into Haley Strategic chest rigs. By replacing your normal chest rig harness with the backpack, you balance the heavy magazines on your chest with the water and gear on your back.

Can the FlatPack Plus hold body armor or hydration?

A dedicated internal zipper sleeve fits a 1-liter water bladder or custom Level IIIA soft or hard armor inserts. It also features hidden routing holes to push your drinking tube or radio wires out of the pack.
