This Sandpiper air operated double diaphragm pump has an aluminum housing with a 316 stainless steel wetted section, using bolted assembly. Diaphragm material is PTFE, with PTFE ball valves and stainless steel check seats and mounting hardware. Air intake connection is 1/2 in NPT, with a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi. Media intake and discharge connections are both 1-1/2 in Tri-Clamp (intake located bottom, discharge located top). Maximum flow rate is 45 gpm, with a maximum feet of head of 289 ft. The pump is self-priming, with a maximum solid handling size of 0.25 in diameter and maximum media temperature of 190°F. The unit is certified to CE, EC 1935, ISO, and FDA compliance standards. It carries a 5-year manufacturer's warranty and is manufactured in the United States.
