The SPARTAN SCIENTIFIC 3585-020-9232B is a normally closed, 2-way, pilot-operated solenoid valve designed for use with air and water per fluid compatibility: Air, Water. It features a diaphragm valve design with a straight body style made of glass-filled nylon. The valve controls fluid flow by using an internal pilot actuator and has an orifice diameter of 1/2 inch. It operates with a nominal voltage of 12 VDC and includes the coil and sealing components required for installation. Outdoor rated; IP65; NEMA 4 environmental ratings per specification, and offers remote, automated flow control with a wire leads electrical connection.
